Meet Melissa

Melissa Ballard is a Certified Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer who helps people go beyond the gym to create lasting change.

She specializes in the often missed pieces of health, including mindset, values, daily habits, nutrition, and movement, that can keep motivated people feeling stuck despite doing all the right things.

In her coaching and training, clients can expect honest conversations, thoughtful challenges, and guidance that pushes them beyond their comfort zone toward real, sustainable progress.

Why Coaching?

If I wanted to become a gymnast, I would hire a coach. If I have goals I can’t reach on my own, hiring a coach is the right way not the weak way. I don't fix my own car and I'm certainly not about to try to draw my own blood!

A health coach helps you see what you can’t see on your own. I educate, offer perspective, tell the truth, and ask questions that help you peel back the layers keeping you stuck.

Together, we focus on doing the internal work that creates lasting change instead of relying on temporary bursts of willpower.

I help you get to know yourself so you can become more you and tap into your God-given potential.

With a background in Psychology, a Master’s in Education, and certifications in Transformational Nutrition Health Coaching, Nutrition, Yoga, and Personal Training, I bring both science and heart to the process.
